Its appearance is that of a battleship camouflaged as an oil tanker. Equipped with phased array attennas to mask its signal from enemy vision, plus an emergency lockdown system
It is equipped with a high-sensitivity radar around air and sea, while storaging missiles in its hangar. It is one of the control centers for Paradise, where Adam and Eve are stationed and monitored by Professor Haruka Oozora.
