Background
It was in possession of Kirito Kazama given by Alan Worthen after the unfortunate accident of his Kirito's girlfriend. When the CPU evolves into its final stage, its will be applicable to androids giving them human-like emotions.
In W-Episode 38, the android-applicant part was proven false, revealed by Gardyne that Kirito was being used by him to complete the chip.
